All components of our trampolines are warranted separately to ensure you get the best value from your purchase.
Super Fun warranty does not cover damages or failure caused by abuse, misuse and abnormal usage, commercial usage, acts of God, exposure to salt water or excessive climates and extends itself only to workmanship of parts and labor. This warranty is extended to the trampoline assembly only and does not include optional accessories including safety nets which may or may not be covered under a separate warranty.
During the warranty period, Super Fun will repair or replace at their sole option, free of charge, any defective parts. All shipping charges to and from dealer are the responsibility of the original purchaser.
Any damage as a result of shipping must be reported within 10 days of delivery.
Owners are responsible for assuring the trampoline is in good operating condition at all times. Super Fun is to be contacted immediately if any defects are observed and use of the trampoline must be discontinued until it has been resolved.
Super Fun requires all owners to use an approved UV protectant for the trampoline pad during the warranty term and must follow the directions included regarding application methods and frequency. For call for details. Failure to do so may void the pad warranty.
Owners are responsible for the safety of anyone using the Super Fun Trampoline, and must use waiver forms and provide safety tips to all users of this product.
Owner must complete and mail in the bottom portion of the warranty card within ten days of delivery.
